Welcome to Aspire for Greatness
Aspire for Greatness is a locally grown, not-for-profit youth mentoring program offering both group and one-to-one mentoring programs year-round, as well as additional enrichment opportunities for students in 7th-12th grade, and up through age 19.
Aspire was created in 2020 by Dave Hahn and members of the Fremont community to fill the gap in services that existed for youth in 7th-12th grade for after-school and summer structured programming. Aspire continues to grow its programming to include new programs and activities that are not currently offered to youth in the community by other organizations, including a high school Mock Trial Team and the new FHS Debate Team coached by Aspire's Executive Director.
The 2023-2024 Mentoring Group Program begins August 14th.
NEW this year - the program will operate Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm daily on school days. Use the sign-up link below to sign up for the summer program for youth in middle school and high school students for the 2023-2024 school year. Transportation is provided.
Our Mission
Empowering the youth of our community to overcome challenges and aspire for greatness through biblical truth.
Volunteer!
Do you enjoy working with young people? We need YOU as a volunteer! Volunteers are needed in the mentoring program as one-to-one mentors meeting with mentees at times and places that work best, as well as in the group mentoring program that runs after school during the school year and during the summer, as well as other areas such as events. Volunteers must be 19 years or older, fill out an application, and be able to pass a background check. Mentors will receive training, resources, and support from Aspire staff. No experience is required to volunteer at Aspire for Greatness.
Partner With Us!
Our programming is only possible through the generous donations of businesses and private donors. Please consider partnering with us to impact the youth of our community.
Donations can be made to the Aspire for Greatness fund, a component fund of the Fremont Area Community Foundation, by check sent to 1005 E 23rd St #2, Fremont, NE 68025, or online by clicking the button below.
